Patrick Johnson, 41, majored in Journalism and Communications at the University of Oregon from 1994 to 1997, and attended the Craig James Broadcast School in 2000. Johnson has held C-Level positions in the oil and gas, construction, consumer products, and nutraceutical industries in both public and private sectors, as well as consulting in the private equity, mining, gaming, entertainment, Internet, and corporate finance industries. During his NFL career, Patrick pledged money for the Baltimore Ravens/Police Athletic League Challenge of Champions, modeled in a Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show to help raise money for the Living Classrooms Foundation of Baltimore, an educational program that targets at-risk youth, and also spearheaded the fifth annual “Baltimore Reads Books for Kids Day” at Baltimore Polytechnic High School in 2000, helping the group collect nearly 25,000 children’s books that were distributed to low-income families. Patrick was a two-sport athlete at the University of Oregon, excelling in both football and track, winning numerous awards and championships during his collegiate athletic career. As an Olympic caliber sprinter, Johnson won the Pac-10 Championships in the 400 meters, an NCAA All-American at 100 and 200 meters, and defeated the legendary Carl Lewis in a 100-meter race at the
Drake Relays in 1995. As all Pacific – 10 / All American wide receiver and kick returner at Oregon, he was Offensive MVP of the 1997 Las Vegas Bowl and was also a member of UO’s 1994 Rose and 1995 Cotton Bowl teams. Johnson was inducted into the University of Oregon Athletics Hall of Fame for both sports in 2014, and was the 42nd overall pick in the 1998 NFL draft. Johnson also earned a Super Bowl ring when the Baltimore Ravens defeated the New York Giants 34 -17 in Super Bowl XXXV.

Saint James was born in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Concordia College and University. He became a Licensed Diplomat of Pastoral Science of the Pastoral Medical Association in 2013 and is a licensed and Ordained Minister, and has Associates Degrees in Business Finance, Computerized Bookkeeping, and Business Administration.
Mr. Kelso, age 55, graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law on December 1991. With over 24 years of legal experience including corporate governance, securities and transactional law, Mr. Kelso has provided legal advice to both for profit and non-profit corporations and entities, including formation and governance, as well as providing advice and resources on topics such as governance issues, impact of amendments to the state laws, and other legal issues in respect to compliance with company and board fiduciary duties. Since November 2016, Mr. Kelso serves as General Counsel of GAM Industries, Inc., a California corporation and provider of management consulting services. Since January 2010, Mr. Kelso has served on the Board of Directors for JetMethods, Inc., a privately held corporation in Carlsbad, California, and provider of air charter services to corporations and individuals. Since May 2016, Mr. Kelso has served on the Board of Directors for AP2020.org, Inc., a Nevada non-profit with headquarters in San Diego, California, a provider of services to at risk and homeless youth; Since November, 2015, Mr. Kelso has served as General Counsel for Therapeutic Solutions International, Inc., (TSOI), a Delaware corporation with headquarters in Oceanside, California, trading on the OTC, who manufactures and distributes probiotic therapy solutions as well as a proprietary orthodontic device that aids sleep apnea. Since May 2015, Mr. Kelso has also served as General Counsel for Com-Guard.Com, Inc., (CGUD), a Delaware corporation with its headquarters in San Diego, California, trading OTC Pink, which provides computer security solutions and applications.
Christopher Bufkin, a Gonzaga University graduate, is a career Enterprise Risk Management Professional. With his experience in both the Primary Insurance and Reinsurance Markets, Mr. Bufkin brings the necessary vision and expertise to protect the company’s current assets and operations while mitigating risk in the company’s future endeavors.
A former professional football player, Johnson received his sociology degree from Stanford while actively volunteering in the community. Throughout his career, he has helped in many political campaigns, including the presidential election of 2012 and the gubernatorial election of 2014.
